If you are registering a User as a Company, you must have the capacity to contract on behalf of such entity and to bind it in the terms of this Agreement.

In the registration process, it is mandatory to complete the registration form in all its fields with valid data in order to use the services provided by Link'n Red.

The future Provider User must complete it with their personal information in an exact, precise and true way (""Personal Data"") and assumes the commitment to update the Personal Data as necessary.

Link'n Red may use various means to identify its Provider Users, but Link'n Red is NOT responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by its Users.

Users guarantee and respond, in any case, to the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the Personal Data entered.

At its sole discretion, Link'n Red may require an additional registration from Users who operate as agencies, real estate or some other segmented category, as a requirement for said Users to access special packages of publications.

In these cases, once the additional registration has been made, they will only be published on Link'n Red through some package or under the modalities that Link'n Red enables for this type of Users.

Link'n Red reserves the right to request any additional proof and / or data in order to corroborate the Personal Data, as well as to temporarily or permanently suspend those Provider Users whose data could not be confirmed. In these cases of disqualification, all published articles will be removed, as well as the offers made, without generating any right to compensation.

The Provider User will access his personal account (""Account"") by entering his Pseudonym and chosen personal security key (""Security Key"").

The User undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of his Security Code.

The Account is personal, unique and non-transferable and the Provider User will be responsible for all operations carried out in their Account, as access to it is restricted to the entry and use of their Security Code, which is exclusively known to the Provider User.

The Provider User undertakes to notify Link'n Red immediately and by suitable and reliable means, any unauthorized use of his Account, as well as the entry by unauthorized third parties to it.

It is clarified that the sale, assignment or transfer of the Account is prohibited under any title.

Link'n Red reserves the right to reject any application for registration or to cancel a previously accepted registration, without being obliged to communicate or state the reasons fortheir decision and without generating any right to compensation or compensation.

Link'n Red may modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time by making the modified terms public on the Site.

All modified terms will take effect 10 (ten) days after their publication.

Inclusion of images and photographs.
The provider user can include images and photographs of the product offered as long as they correspond to the article, except in the case of goods or products or services that by their nature do not allow such correspondence.

Prohibited Items.

Buyer's Obligations.
By bidding for an item, the Buying User expresses his or her will to be bound to buy the item, so this constitutes a contract of sale, accepting the Buying User to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the description of the item to the extent that the They do not violate the laws or the General Terms and Conditions and other policies of Link'n Red.

Taxes.

The Purchaser and the Seller exempt Link'n Red from any fiscal responsibility.

Obligations of the supplier.

If the Provider User has received at least one offer about his Product, Service or Property, he is obliged to try to communicate with the buyer and complete the operation with the User who made the offer.

Only, in cases of non-compliance by the buyer, the Supplier may withdraw from the sale, such as when it has not been able to agree with the Buyer User on the form of payment, delivery or it is not possible to verify the true identity or other information of the Buyer.

Since Link'n Red is a meeting point between buyer and supplier and does not participate in the operations carried out between them, the Supplier will be responsible for all the obligations and tax charges that correspond to the sale of its articles, without being able to be charged to Link'n Red some type of responsibility for breaches in this regard.

Taxes.

Link'n Red does not have any participation in the process of negotiation and improvement of the final contract between the parties.
